David Mills (born 1 June 1981 in Widnes) is an English professional rugby league footballer for Swinton in the Championship as of autumn 2011. He previously played for Hull Kingston Rovers, and Widnes. He is also a Wales international representative. David Mills' usual position is as a prop-forward. David is the son of 'Big' Jim Mills, a former Widnes, Wales and Great Britain player. David Mills has previously played for his hometown club Widnes. He joined Hull Kingston Rovers for the 2008 season after they avoided relegation in 2007's Super League XII. He has been named as captain of the Wales squad to face England at the Keepmoat Stadium prior to England's departure for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.
